Other factors include demonstrated leadership, international recognition and/or honors received that clearly distinguish individuals from their peers.
The Alumni Achievement Award recognizes graduates who have notable professional achievements on a local or regional level. Other factors include contributions to their communities and documented leadership at the regional or local level.
The Outstanding Young Alumni Award recognizes graduates under 36 years of age, as of Dec. 31 in the year submitted, who have distinguished themselves with great success at this stage of their life through exceptional accomplishment in one or more of the following: their chosen professions; community or civic service; and support of NMU.
