The Northern Michigan University Regional Police Academy will host two informational meetings on Monday, Oct. 21, at Bay College in Escanaba. Both sessions will be held in the Bonifas Building: one at 10 a.m. in room 231; and the other at noon in room 225.
The meetings will last about 45 minutes. Topics to be covered include: Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) requirements to enter the academy, NMU requirements to attend the academy, an overview of the academy and a question-and-answer session.
