Alumna Exhibits Photography

NMU alumna Christine Garceau's ('81 BS '87 MA) photography is featured in an exhibit titled “Unseen Visions,” which opened Sept. 5 at Plaza Diane in Powell, Wyo. The exhibit showcases the work of Garceau and other photographic communications faculty from Northwest College in Powell.

Alumna Reviews Marquette Food/Drink Scene

NMU alumna and freelance food and drink writer Layla Khoury-Hanold ('04 BS) focuses on Marquette in a piece for the Chicago Tribune. She writes that the outdoor splendor, recreational activities and vibrant downtown have turned the city into a "bona fide tourist destination," as reflected by a new crop of food and beverage producers, several of whom are NMU alumni.
