An Intro to Cybersecurity Camp for students in grades 7-12 will be held at Northern Michigan University's new U.P. Cybersecurity Institute from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday, July 29-Friday, Aug. 2. The institute is located in room 2022 at the Northern Center (formerly University Center).
This one-week camp will teach the importance of cybersecurity, how to recognize and interpret characteristics of a cyber attack and how to protect devices from threats, among other topics.
Registration cost is $80 per person, which includes one week of additional access to the online lab. To register, call 227-2103.
