Jeff Roo, customer service representative in Northern Michigan University's Printing Services, is an Excellence in Service Award recipient. He works to meet the immediate needs of NMU's faculty and the departments that rely on Printing Services. His high level of detailed proofing and printing work ensures customer receives exactly what they ordered.
Roo mentors student workers and provides ongoing encouragement to pursue their educational goals. His work ethic includes the highest level of customer service and professionalism, working long hours and traveling around campus helping people solve their copier problems.
During the pandemic, Roo was an essential employee and followed all protocols that came from the Safe on Campus Committee and the President's Office.
