NMU alumna Katelyn Gage has been promoted to a branch manager with mBank. She started with the institution in June 2019 as assistant branch manager of the Ishpeming Main and Negaunee locations.
Gage earned a bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in business administration from Northern. She has more than 10 years of professional banking experience, including consumer lending, business relationship banking and leadership development training. Outside of work, Gage is heavily involved in the community, serving as a member of Ishpeming/Negaunee Rotary Club, Leadership Board Member of Marquette Hope and supporter of Negaunee Public Schools.
“I have successfully built rapport and trust with my clients and the community by focusing on the long-term customer relationships,” said Gage. “With 10 years of experience serving a wide range of banking customers, I feel passionate about supporting my team by sharing all the knowledge and experience I have gained. I enjoy encouraging my team's development and being able to witness their growth.”
