Northern Michigan University Alumni Day at the Detroit Red Wings will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 4, in Little Caesars Arena. Alumni and friends attending the game can join President Brock Tessman for a pre-game meetup from 4:30-6:45 p.m. in the Heritage Hall at Little Caesars Arena.
Guests must have a ticket to the game to attend the event. A cash bar will be available. Attendees are advised to use the Meijer entrance. During the event, NMU alumni can register to win a Zamboni ride or a chance to participate in on-ice entertainment between periods.
"It's always so exciting to see our alumni come together in Detroit and show their Wildcat pride," said Robyn Stille, Executive Director of Alumni Relations at NMU. "The addition of this year's pregame reception at LCA is a wonderful opportunity for alumni to meet President Tessman and network with fellow alumni before the game."
Tickets are sold through a special alumni package. Remaining tickets are $75, and each ticket sold supports student scholarships at NMU.
