Northern Michigan University will host the Marquette/Alger Counties College Fair from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the Northern Center Grand Ballroom. The program is open to all high school juniors, seniors and their parents.
Representatives from about 40 colleges and universities will be present to answer questions about their academic programs, costs, support services and campus life. A number of representatives from the Armed Forces and ROTC Programs will also be in attendance. In addition, NMU's Financial Aid Office will be available to answer questions about the financial aid process.
High schools participating include Superior Central, Gwinn, Ishpeming, NICE, Marquette, Munising, Negaunee, Burt Township, and Republic-Michigamme.
