The Second City 65th Anniversary Tour will make a stop at Northern Michigan University for two improv comedy shows at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 27, and Friday, June 28. The opening night performance will be followed by a party in the Forest Roberts Theatre lobby.
The Second City touring ensemble will showcase some favorite songs, sketches and characters written on its stages by illustrious alumni including Catherine O'Hara, Tina Fey, Bill Murray, Keegan-Michael Key, Stephen Colbert, Bill Murray, Joan Rivers, Eugene Levy, Amber Ruffin, Tim Robinson, Adam McKay, Tim Meadows and more.
With material handpicked from the club's iconic comedy archive and brought to life by an all-star ensemble, audiences will see why The Second City continues to be the world's most influential name in comedy for 65 years and counting.
