The Northern Michigan University Alumni Association has launched a Wildcat Authors directory. Similar to its Wildcats Mean Business campaign supporting alumni-owned businesses, the authors directory is an effort to promote the published books of Wildcat alumni across the country and encourage the NMU community to support these authors.
“This directory is another way we can showcase our amazing alumni,” said Robyn Stille, executive director of Alumni Relations at NMU. “The Wildcat Authors Directory is a virtual library of books written by our talented Wildcats with a wide variety of academic backgrounds. It also provides a resource for our NMU community where they can consider supporting fellow Wildcats the next time they are looking to sit down with a good book.”
To be included in the directory, alumni must register their book by completing this form. For this purpose, graduates must have obtained an academic degree of record (any level, from certificate through DPN). Once alumni status is verified, the book will be listed on the Alumni Authors section of the website here.
