Rapper Megan Thee Stallion is featured in TIME magazine's new "100 Next" listing of rising stars. She will perform at Northern Michigan University's Vandament Arena at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17. Originally from Houston, Texas, Megan Thee Stallion rose to prominence after releasing her extended play Tina Snow in 2018 and her debut mixtape Fever in 2019. She also coined the catchphrase “hot girl summer” on social media and released a song of the same name featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla Sign in August. “Hot Girl Summer” debuted at #1 on the Rolling Stone 100 chart and #11 on the Billboard Hot 100.
