SISU: The Innovation Institute at NMU and Innovate Marquette announce the Peak25 conference, taking place Feb. 20-21 at Northern Michigan University. Programming provides a dynamic platform to celebrate research and scholarship, promote entrepreneurial ventures in outdoor innovation, creative technology, and sustainable solutions, as well as encourage collaboration. Peak25 features keynote presentations from internationally-renowned innovators, interactive workshops, a sustainability design jam, outdoor innovation showcase, pitch competitions, Three Minute Thesis (3MT), a student scholarship summit, provided meals and more.
Peak25 is made possible through community-wide partnership between Innovate Marquette, SISU: the Innovation Institute at NMU, Invent@NMU, Northern Michigan University's College of Graduate Studies and Research, College of Business, and Sustainability Hub for Innovation and Environment (SHINE).
The Ascent Series, a series of events leading up to Peak25, is designed to build momentum in the lead-up to the two-day conference. The series is crafted for those looking to enhance their experience and gain the most from this year's conference. The Ascent Series includes a sustainability summit and more.
