Student Shopping Shuttle Resumes

Northern Michigan University has resumed its Friday Shopping Shuttle for residence hall students this fall. The shuttle transports students to major retailers via Marq-Tran and returns them to several drop-off points on campus. 

Masks are required on the bus regardless of vaccination status. Below is the route schedule:

3 p.m.  Leaving from Lot 9, located outside of the Hunt/Van Antwerp lobby. Drop off at Meijer, Walmart and Target.

4:15 p.m.  Leaving from Lot 9, located outside of the Hunt/Van Antwerp lobby  Drop off at Meijer, Walmart and Target.

4:30 p.m.  Pickup from Meijer, Walmart and Target and returning to campus by making the following stops:

               1.  Lincoln Apartments (Bus Stop Shelter on Lincoln)

               2.  Woods/Spalding Hall (Lot 46/36 intersection)

               3.  Spooner Hall

               4.  Woodland Park

               5.  Maple West (Main drop off area by the Woods in Lot 10)

               6.  Lot 9

5:30 p.m. Pickup from Meijer, Walmart and Target and returning to campus by making the following stops:

               1.  Lincoln Apartments (Bus Stop Shelter on Lincoln)

               2.  Woods/Spalding Hall (Lot 46/36 intersection)

               3.  Spooner Hall

               4.  Woodland Park
