Tickets are now available for the "Longer Days Luncheon: a Culinary Community Festival" hosted by Northern Michigan University's Hospitality Leadership Program. The event will be held at noon Sunday, March 31, in the Northern Center Ballrooms. Attendees can indulge in a variety of action stations and buffets that will provide a diverse selection of dishes highlighting student creativity, as well as a bloody mary and mimosa creation station.

The luncheon is themed to get attendees ready for the longer summer months ahead with community seating and games to encourage conversations. Groups of any size are encouraged to join in on this event.

Tickets, which include two drink vouchers, are $125 and can be purchased at nmu.universitytickets.com.

Longer Days Luncheon is part of this year's event series, which was developed by the events management course in the Hospitality Leadership Department. All events in the course are student-led and planned, from menu creation and cooking to decor and entertainment components.

This is the second of three Winter semester events. The series finale will be a Legacy Dinner on Friday, April 19. Only 36 tickets are available at nmu.universitytickets.com. For more information, join the Facebook event page.
